We are now seeking an enthusiastic & capable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, to assist in driving our standards & team ever forward & higher.
Experience in Rosette/Michelin standard establishments considered preferable, but all candidates will be considered on their own merits. Training to NVQ level 3 or equivalent desirable although main requirement is a clear passion & dedication to producing excellent food, along with a keen & strong work ethic.
The Chef de Partie position will cover a wide variety of duties, including:
Preparing & Service for lunch, dinner & breakfast menus.
Preparing & service for Special Events & weddings.
Assisting head chef in creating & refining menus.
Undertaking kitchen porter duties as & when necessary
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness & tidyness within the kitchens & back of house areas.
